Cleanzone
Because we are working for the I.T. and Parmaceutical Industries, we developed inside the company our own cleanzone, grade 2.
What is a cleanzone:
A room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled to a specific limit.
Other relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure and Airborne Molecular Contamination are controlled if necessary.
The air entering a cleanzone from outside is filtered to exclude dust, and the air inside is constantly recirculated through high-efficiency particulate air filters.
The three levels of cleanliness that we are using, are:
1. Free from grease, oil, chips, large impurities and fingerprints (assembly-clean)
2. Free from dust as per class 10,000 (cleaned in class 100,000)
3. Free from dust as per class 1,000
As a result of the cleaning action the end-product will comply with the cleanliness specification.

Logistics
DMC Manufacturing organizes weekly transport to Western Europe.
We have a logistics base within a Dutch company. From here, the cargo is sent to our customers all over Europe.
